The best way to get a virus off your computer is to take out your hard drive and use another computer to scan it. This should detect anything that is on your hard drive. I think the best free anitvirus is AVG.

Whats the best freeware antivirus software?
Whats the best freeware antivirus software for removal of trojan horse’s?I have tried AVG,my copy of Norton 360 and others and they don’t even find the trojan.Many thanks,Paul
Super antivvirus wouldnt find it either.I will try Spybot..
